Debt funding

Latitude’s debt funding comprises a mix of securitsation and corporate debt. Securitisation debt is typically used to fund Latitude’s products, through private warehouse funding and public ABS issuance. Corporate debt is typically used to meet Latitude’s broader funding needs.

Latitude manages its debt funding risk through diversification and robust capacity and maturity management, informed by on-going monitoring and regular reporting.

Warehouse Financing

Latitude has long established warehouse funding lines in Australia and New Zealand. Our warehouses are delineated by the type and location of the products that they fund and are used to fund the origination of receivables and to meet redemptions on our ABS issuance.

ABS Issuance

Latitude is a regular and significant issuer of ABS in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
